Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time.   Zur Tenne is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Kitz. The service was 5 star all around, from reception, valet, housekeeping to the bar and restaurant.
