My husband had a lovely stay, we wen attended a function a the International first and then stayed the night. The Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The meals and the presentation of the meals were absolutely lovely. The rooms were elegant and comfortable but as I said in the next section too dark in colour. Thank you. I have read the review of Debbie from Corryong and she says it all. The hotel is only twelve weeks old and is just brand new in all aspects. Great location two blocks from station and major shopping centre plenty of parking and very classy building aspect quite luxurious.
todo comentarios » The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Hotel is brand new so everything was lovely and fresh. Great size room, we travelled with our 2 year old and was able to fit a portacot in the standard size room quite comfortably. The bed is super comfy with great linen to match Very Clean and new smell Block out curtains Love the colour co-ordination throughout Air conditioner worked well Staff are well mannered and excited to serve you (some a little over the top). Could not fault in any way. Accomadation was quiet even though it was on a busy strip. Fixtures were lovely, bed was comfy shower was hot and breakfast was scrumptious what more could you ask for. Rooms sound proof and very dark when the drapes are drawn. Breakfast is very good value $15 continental $22 full buffet. New hotel so everything was in pristine condition. King room was extremely spacious and the bed very comfortable. Unreserved recommendation for business or vacation travellers. The meal proved by your chef for my wife and I was one of the best meals we had had durring our 6 weeks holiday. Apart from an exelant hotel your resturant deserves 5 stars. It would be great to have back access Nothing in the room about where to dine out in Wagga apart from promoting their own restaurant. absolutely nothing. Squeaky outside door ,everytime someone entered or left the building the door sound could easily be heard. The fact we could not stay longer. A pain that the electricity went off on Sunday morning in the middle of my shower. Would have been good to be notified. At also meant that when I got to breakfast before 9.30 there was very little breakfast options left as it had closed early. Only negative was that we didn't get to eat at the restaurant and had to get room service for our dinner. A bit far from the city centre. absolutely nothing. Fridge was too small, wouldn't stay closed and needs a freezer. Closet is possibly slightly small. There are no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom. Also really dislike the toilet not having a lid. Also found aircond difficult to use. Would suggest you have a small jug or bottles of water to fill kettle as impossible to fill from sink in bathroom. not enough choices on the dinner menu. Concerned about the lack of security, e.g. side door access. Also no peephole in the room doors. the staff made a couple of simple mistakes upon checkout, delaying my checkout, and even thought I asked for a late checkout to get ready for an interview, I was told to pay my hotel fee in full 2 hours before actual check out time. Bit isolated from dining choices, except dining room in hotel. Road and train very close but double glazing and thick walls helped. Nothing to dislike. n/a. Breakfast coffee was filter and we were asked to pay extra 4 for barrister made coffee. We did pay the extra amount but the coffee made was not great!. not much. Wish it had a bath tub. Dining room closed on Sunday night but reasonable dining nearby. The rooms weren't quite finished, there were screw holes that hadn't been covered, you could tell it has only just opened. The noise level from people in the hall and the doors shutting The air con in my room kept changing to heat The lighting in the bathroom Not a lot of bench space especially none in the bathroom Hated that I needed to turn right onto lake Albert rd and you can't do that. The bulky and heavy furniture, lack of a towel rack for the hand towel (2 towels would have been better). Probably wouldn't stay at the normal much dearer rate. Getting into your drive way is very hard. Unfortunately a conference precluded us having dinner in the restaurant. The toilet seat is not correctly fitted in room 206. Shows lack of supervision by plumbing contractor. No information in compendium about what "goes on in Wagga". None. no microwave. 1. Breakfast was very disorganized, tables left unclean , toaster broken, not enough staff to look after the guests, but good quality food 2. very difficult to drive into the hotel from the main road, we had to turn into one of the side streets and do a U turn back into the main road; where it was easy to drive into the hotel, it says NO entry!!. Decaf coffee sachets not replaced after first night. the room service menue dosent have deset. Needs at least one more towel hook in the bathroom. no where to hang more than one wet towel. Smell of new paint.
