Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. We paid extra for the harbor view and it was we

All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. -
I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We received an early check in which was greatly appreciated after 24hours travelling from the UK. We also received a complimentary bottle of champagne & chocolates to celebrate our special occasion.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge restaurant
recommendations were perfect for what we requested, which we did three
times. The hotel is perfectly situated in Sydney for people wanting to
visit the local historical areas as well as the most well known sights
like the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, all within close walking
distance from the hotel. The bar on the 36th floor has an almost 360
degree view of the entire city - probably superior to the view one

Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

I travel to Chatswood twice a year for a specialist appointment and I often stay at Mantra Chatswood apartment hotel. We find it a great hotel, very clean well appointed and an excellent location for shopping, restaurants etc.and the staff are very friendly and obliging. ... lo que la gente dice » to a suite. very spacious, good views for area, clean and comfortable. Staff handled everything efficiently, and in friendly manner. Excellent proximity to train station, shops and restaurants... not much you could not find in a 10 min walk.
