  Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... lo que la gente dice » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

  My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location in - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge restaurant recommendations were perfect for what we requested, which we did three times. The hotel is perfectly situated in Sydney for people wanting to visit the local historical areas as well as the most well known sights like the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, all within close walking distance from the hotel.
