me gusto mucho las actividades gratuitas que ofrecen por ej: bbq en la playa, (te llevan y te traen en bus!) free walking tour hasta el bridge y la opera, etc...
ademas al lado hay un barcito y te dan descuentos para consumir. Igual aconsejo ir no mas de 2 veces,despues aburre y vayan a conocer los pubs de Syd!!

loved the location perfect for access to see the Opera Carmen at Mrs Macquaire :Point. Loved being able to walk through Royal Botanical Gardens (had a picnic) and easy acces to shopping with the free green bus just up the road. Our view from 2218 was excellent - we were really thrilled.

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

I liked the convenience of walking to the Aquatic Centre it kept my 10yr old occupied for the afternoon.We then had a great sleep as it was very quiet. We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

Simply everything. It has been one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. The staff is just friendly and efficient in getting you reservations etc. The rooms are very good with a great BOSE and Apple audio system to feel over relaxed.

It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.

Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.
