Roslyn Gardens offer the independence of a self-contained home from home featuring a full kitchen including oven, microwave and all cooking utensils. Apartments are attended by a laundry service and well appointed with a flat-screen television and free internet access, which is also available in the lobby. From the balcony relax in your lush garden surroundings, with free parking below.

For an alternative to cooking at your apartment, use of the barbecue grill and table area in the garden is free of charge and offers seating for up to 8 people. A variety of café’s and restaurants can also be found in the local area. You will find the reception staff to be courteous and helpful with directions and advice.

1.Quiet and cosy . 2. Very close to the Bay (learnt about this after the 5th day of my stay.The staff should recommend this from the begining.I think it can be the selling point) 3. However,the staff are very helpful. The location, near the bay, big room, big kitchen, 3 beds, access. Good value and location. Location. Ease of access to shops, public transport and good walking, but in a residential area.

This beautiful location is surrounded by old and new apartments and offers a village-feel with an eclectic mix of residents. The hotel is near Rushcutters Bay; a charming area surrounded by a large park.

It is also close to Kings Cross, which is one of the tourist centres of Sydney and is full of night-life activities. To get to the city centre, you can take the train from Kings Cross for 2 stops, or take a 20 minute bus ride.
