Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had heaps of extras for the price. Lots of bikkies to go with ample tea and coffee. Shampoo, hand soap, body lotion.
I would definitely stay here again.
Great views over the Tamar and city lights.

The Olde Tudor provided us with excellent accommodation for our golf week in Launceston. It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

Although this motel is a fair way from the city, there are bus stops nearby so the heart of Hobart is only a mere ten minutes away! My room was clean, warm and the facilities were all there. Ground floor unit easily accessible. Only slept there, so only one issue
- the lack of an electric blanket on one of the beds. Great location
very close to the city. Tariff was fair'ish for basic room used just
for sleeping. Does depend what you are comparing it to. Have paid $50
for lovely b & B's elsewhere. Certainly wouldn't want to
have paid any more for this room type. Good parking availability.
Overall a satisfactory one night stay.

We love everything about this bed and breakfast. Tara had been absolutely lovely and genuine about making us feem comfortable and really appreciated her efforts in attending to minute details with the amenities. The farm tour was amazing and very educational. Room was more than lovely, clean, tidy and very cosy. would definitely stay at this place

Tara's farmstay is unforgettable. My old parents liked the well-equipped kitchen and they enjoyed feeding the animals. We missed that 4 silly sheeps and of course Tara as well. We are looking forward to have the countrylife like hers. In conclusion, our stay is the greatest we got in Tassie but the least we paid.

The town and shops were clean and very well presented. There were a lot of trees around which gave it a lovely atmosphere. The people were friendly and I felt quite safe there.
The scenery is lovely especially on the Gordon River cruise. -
Comfort and quietness, if we visit Strahan again we will certainly stay with The Strahan Holiday Park

The room was comfortable and what you would expect for a motel. We did like the fact that the family unit had a separate bedroom at the back to offer more privacy. -

We stayed in one of the hotel rooms. It was very spacious. The shower
was awesome, better than our own at home. They use tank water for the
toilets, which is nice to see. The guy in charge even warned us that the

Location was fabulous.Walking distance to everything. Great little town with wonderful foodie stores, restaurants, surfy/ beach/ designer stores. Beaches are gobsmackingly beautiful and pristine.
It was a treat seeing the wildlife around the grounds up close and, toasting marshmallows around the fire pit at dusk awaiting the penguins coming ashore was a delight.
Accommodation was large, clean and well appointed.welcoming helpful staff too.
Would return.

beautiful. The manager is a nice South African man who enjoys talking to
customers and bring them to see the local fauna 3 times per week. Shame

The accommodation was comfortable and had everything needed and more. The views are spectacular and your front door step is a nature lovers dream - wallabies, all sorts of birds and, if you are lucky, a whale passing along the coast. The Freycinet peninsula and the Penguin tour are must dos.

There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in room, we were able to buy frozen meals from Woolworths in town and heat it up for dinner. It is located on a bit of a noisy road, but if you close the sliding door it doesn't really bother you. The facilities are a bit dated, but it is clean and sufficient. We didn't need anything more.

When we went to our allotted room, it had a not very nice smell. I rang reception and they came immediately and changed us into another room.
