We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.

We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately
described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed
from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the
marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and
conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of
winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate
heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise and most generous. -

Fully refurbished apartment, modern and contemporary feel. Kitchen was very well stocked, would rival most homes! Spacious clean light bathrooms and of course a massive balcony. -
Everything, the location was great very central to the shops and eateries at Noosaville, and unit was nicely appointed and the swimming pool was great.

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was superb. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again

I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times
Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
A buffet breakfast was provided in our package. This made the deal very economical as we are pensioners
The Motel was situated close to all facilities we wished to access.
We would recommend Greenmount Beach Resort to any of our family or friends.

Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk

So clean, spacious & open layout. Friendly staff that were so informative & the full kitchen was such a wonderful asset. Comfortable bed & wonderful furniture. Excellent pool, spa, suna & BBQ area. We entertained our family on one day of our stay & they loved it. We'll be back because we were made to feel special. Thank you.
