This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends. -
