La ubicacion - Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)

the kitchen facilities are excellent and help low income travellers very
good overall hotwater was great in showertrs and 24 hor reception and
access key were very helpful next time will try to get to the sauna

We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will
never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed
like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered
us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town

Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful
and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed
booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway
and monorail.

This is indeed a funky little place, loved the paintings on the walls
and doors, the atmosphere there with rooftop parties in King Cross
intense nightlife area. About 20minutes walk from thr Queen's
gardens and the Opera House, 30mins from the piers and city center. -
People where friendly. In the middle of kings cross so going out was not
a prob

So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities. I am already planning on staying there next time I'm in oz. -

I arrived very late in the evening maybe 11pm and could not find any hostel open, i tried calling the '24 hour' receptions of other hostels nearby but no one answered. i found the cape byron yha in an awesome spot and it looked open so i walked in and was welcomed by a lady who happened to still be working late, she organised my room no problem. V

everything was perfect. a bit far from town but it's sort of walkable. might be worth looking up rainbow retreat although that one's not much closer -
We liked it was clean, the showers are way better than any backpacker's accommodation and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions. I will be back here if I'm ever in Sydney again!! -

Harbour Bridge but is a great walk through Hyde Park, past Westfield and through the Botanical Gardens. Clean, great communal area. Fantastic stay
