We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We had expected to store our bags and come back later. We were then told that we could have full internet access at no additional charge. We had selected breakfast daily as part of our QT experience and was pleasantly surprised when it was a la carte and we could order anything we liked. We also enjoyed the freshly made juice. Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

First impressions are always good ,I felt that as I entered reception, staff very helpful, dress code gave me a more relaxed casual impression which was good, rooms were just lovely,very modern,spacious & clean. pillows & mattress are always a priority, (couldn't have been better)I even checked the brand name, for further purchase.Would certainly stay again when next in the city

Lovely, comfortable, relaxing and tastefully decorated room. I had stayed here for the first time on a drive to Sydney from Adelaide a couple of months ago - on the drive back a few days ago, my return stay was something to look forward to and after that long drive and it didn't disappoint! -

The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

We were made to feel welcome by Heather and her husband which was lovely. The room was bigger than I had imagined (going by past motel rooms) - loved having a sofa! Breakfast on time, hot and good. Was a bit anxious on realising that motel near to main road and rail track but absolutely no problem with noise at night, Would definitely return. -

Their spa options were great, albeit a little pricey.
Staff were extra helpful and friendly.
The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning.
Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.
