We arrived rather late in the evening, they left our key and instructions for us and turned on the heat which was much appreciated!
The apartment was as advertised with a very large double (triple?) bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The view was magnificent of the mountain, and the staff were very helpful. -

As we stayed 4 nights we liked the ability to access the kitchen for light bring in snacks, cutlery glasses etc. A newspaper service would be good. Leave out basics for those wanting to leave early am. We know the area, enjoyed our stay and will return if still operating. -

We really loved the room 808 it was very clean, comfortable and had a well set up kitchen and of course for the magnificent views. We enjoyed the breakfast (included in our tariff). Friendly and helpful staff. Even having the BBQ cleaned before we had time to do it. We will definitely be recommending Port Pacific Resort and WE WILL BE BACK

Kids playground area (even though we didn't use it). I know this would be great place to stay for families.

Abby who works there spoilt us. She went above & beyond for us, even picking us up with our luggage from the other side of town before check in & taking us to the shops so we didn't have to walk! I agree with everything Karl said. On the first morning I cheekily asked if they had hash browns on the breakfast menu. Sorry, no. The next morning, I was asked with equal cheek if I would like hash browns! Just as well I had my walk earlier - I couldn't move. I should also add that staying in room 6 (which overlooks the large back garden) there

Very accommodating couple, the hospitality was amazing, have already highly recommended them to friends would stay again in a heart beat. Food was well presented and very tasty with plenty on offer

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. The water was hot and the ensuite, while querky was functional. The free wi-fi worked very well with no fuss getting it going and there was even a computer in the room. Good value food was available close by and there was great coffee on the next block down.

Owners live on-site, welcome you when you arrive with Port and cheese platter. Generally make you very welcome and offer you the best of their attention. Which they certainly did!
