Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.

Great inner-city location, walking distance to everything. - Free internet in the rooms; cheap private parking behind the hotel. Kind personel, trying to help as good as they can. Near the city, walk or use free bus

on arrival staff were very pleasant & helpful especially for helping us with parking given that the hotle parking was full, the room was comfortable although the furniture setting seemed out of order, we did move the furniture (poor feng shui) to make it more comfortable

I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

The lady on the front desk as we checked in was amazing we were travelling from the UK so had a lot of questions and she could answer all and if she didnt know something ask a member of staff and came straight back to us with the answer also the manager allowed us to keep the car on site

For someone who wants to be near Kings Park and just a little distance away from city, Sullivans is truly a great location.
Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.

I have got a family room, which is spacious with a big bathroom. It is clean. The location is at china town, with lots of Asian restaurants and grocery shops. It is walking distance to perth train station and bus stop of free blue cat bus.

We loved the clean modern design, stand up shower, the artwork, climate control, safety features (room card in elevator), computers with free Internet in the lobby, free wifi in the lobby, baggage storage space upon arrival and departure, comfortable lobby area, quiet rooms, good selection of tv channels, comfortable bed etc!!! Also loved the kettle and fridge!!!
