staff were excellent from time
i rang before even leaving my house they were more than accommodating and made the ruby for my daughter and i very enjoyable. very clean and friendly atmosphere with great facilities would defiantly stay again and highly recommend to others. -

I am a regular visitor to Merimbula because I like the Fish Pen locatin and weather in January. I chose the Black Dolphin resort because it offered all we required in accomodation, at a very fair rate.
The appartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great view from the balcony and adequate parking.

Helpfulness of Malcolm, the owner. Clean room, comfortable beds, electric blankets, quiet room, microwave,toaster and kettle, plus cups, saucers and spoons which enabled us to make a snack and breakfast.
Close to the town centre and eateries, plus wharf - all within walking distance. Reasonable tariff. -

We had a budget queen room which was value for money at $85. Had well
equipped kitchen, a table n chairs and a settee (not too comfortable).
The shower room was small but well laid out. -
It was very close to town. It was easy to walk over bridge to beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
