Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

... lo que la gente dice » as a problem and they responded to all questions and requests quite promptly. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham
down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. I liked: Pure white

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

The staff were very friendly and excellent service all round. The food in restaurant was tasty and plentiful. The room was excellent size and very homely. -

The room and location was lovely. We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette which was very helpful. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. -

The staff at reception are the friendliest most helpful people we have ever come across in melbourne. Great location if you are driving to and from Melbourne, with free parking and convenient location just far enough from the city which makes it easy to find and easy to get back on the city link. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception who went out of the way to ensure guests' satisfaction. They are the best I've met.
Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

The restaurant was excellent. Service was also excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked beautifully. I loved having a bathtub!! -
The owners were lovely, sharing ideas for great and different places for us to visit during our stay.
The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed daily.

We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago !

I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

I love this hotel. This was my second stay there. The location is fantastic, particularly if you are driving into the city from the airport like I was - easy to find. The staff are very very helpful and went out of their way to help me. The building is a little bit old and needs some small repairs, but really you can't beat this place for location and value for money.
