The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Best Idea!!! -

The hotel was very trendy, with unique artwork hung everywhere and anywhere. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham
down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. I liked: Pure white

staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Everything about our short stay at The Langham Melbourne was as expected. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Es un hotel que si bien no destaca por nada cumple con todo lo que se necesita.
Está muy cerca del puerto que es un paseo lindo de hacer y muy cerca de la estacion de trenes ( que entiendo te lleva directamente desde y hacia el aeropuerto) -

Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent . Oh st Kilda tram to beach outside door too !! Perfect spot. Fiona collier

The staff were excellent,friendy sense of humour and extremely helpful. The room service meals we ordered were exceptional and fast in delivery. The minni bar was stocked with a good choice of drinks, the wine was very good. We will always be using youe services in the future when collecting family from the airport. -
