We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Location of hotel was great - only 500m from Circular Quay and about 5min walk to Opera House. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back to the

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

Excellent appartment with everything you need - including a washing machine. Large and very nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city - ten minutes walk to the Circular Quay and five minutes walk to the mall and all the shopping opportunities. Darling Harbour is also close.
Staff is very service minded.

Great location for sightseeing and near the Rocks. The room was very well appointed, laid out and comfortable (including the bed). A few friends stayed at the same hotel and all thought the same. Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Would stay here again.

A good value for a studio style room. Kids have more room to play around. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm. There is a Chinese restaurant just cross from the hotel, nice food, reasonable price. Hotel is located at waynird station exit, quite convenient!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful). Rooms are fine---clean and rather basic--but there's so much to do in sydney that you probably won't spend much time in you

Buen hotel, sin excesivos lujos, personal muy dispuesto y amable. Bien situado, en 10 minutos andando te plantas en el centro de Sydney y bien conectado por autobuses hasta el Harbour Bridge y alrededores. Great place to stay and will be back the next time we visit Sydney. The staff were friendly and always polite, you felt very welcome. The room had plenty of space and very comfortable. Was also great to have a kitchenette in the room. Considering the location, I thought it may have been a bit noisy but there was no noise at all!. It was very quite. Loved being so close to everything and would definitely recommend as the place to stay!

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos andando del Opera House y el puente y del barrio The Rocks, con muy buenos medios de transporte, incluso el bus gratuito y el monoriel a pocos metros.
