Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me
each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area.
