  Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney. Fabulous location right near ferry and I enjoyed the lovely Thai restaurant 100m down the road and the fabulous (very popular) cafe at the ferry wharf.   Well situated for our requirements. Comfortable with excellent air conditioning considering the temperatures and humidity during our stay. - Staff was great, always helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view! Great conditions for that price and very good location!
