  The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

  The room was gigantic and really quiet (just ask the room with windows faced to courtyard). Really nice equipped kitchen and just minute from the Salamanca place.   Reception prompt and because room not ready we were given a card so that we could use the car park. Room very clean and nicely furnished ,beautiful fluffy towels changed daily.   The beautiful house. The warm and comfortable convict cottage accommodation. It was quiet and we were welcomed into the main house to enjoy the beautiful lounge and have a coffee or port. We left our bags and went for a walk and the staff were very accommodating in letting us leave the bags until our return.   This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money. The hotel is very conveniently located at the harbour, close to restaurants and main attractions. Perfect for a couple's weekend away or for single travellers. - The staff were very nice & helpful. I would definately stay again & would highly recommend this place to others. - Very accommodating at check in. I was able to park my car there early, well before check in, which allowed me to roam without having to pay for expensive parking. Check in was available early but I just went to one of the many pubs on the waterfront instead. - Onsite parking, lovely friendly and helpful reception staff (Sean and Chris), fabulous room with little courtyard, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fab facilities, great location, would definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!!

The housekeeping was simply excellent with the room cleaned everyday and linen renewed as well.
