Michelle (Relief Manager) could not do enough for us from the time of booking on the internet, the follow up emails prior to arrival, arranging transfers for us, all of this whilst dealing with a very personal family medical issue. It is a pleasu - It roomy for us, and we liked that We as an older couple liked the ground floor. I am not sure if you had a lift. Good walking distance to some facilities. e.g. Working mans club. Transport system good. Helpful management. Good nights sleep. We would stay there again.

  Everything. From the design, color of the motel to the interior layout. The motel looks retro and the layout of the room is modern. Its very clean, spacious, comfortable and new. They just had the upper level renovated. Simply love it. Diane was very kind, helpful and friendly. She made us feel like home. Thank you so much - A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Also very good when coming off a late night flight - there are always cheap supplies in the room (noodles, cup-a-soups, hot water jug), great if you are coming off a 1 am flight! Otherwise, lovely hotel, would love to come and stay there for a quiet summer beach break! We stayed at La Costa several times already, and service and comfort have always been

  Great accommodation and close to GC airport. Stopped over night with my mum who's in her 70's and we were flying out next early morning. Whilst checking in to the motel the previous evening we enquired about taxis to the airport ... the manager of the motel very kindly offered to take us rather than calling a taxi...a great personal service... It's proximity to everything(beach, airport & some good restaurants) is excellent as well as spotless comfortable rooms. It is all that you need for a short, well priced stay.
