Close to everything you need .... only about 150m to the beach, the same distance to shops and restaurants (fantastic location). Staff friendly and helpful. Had no issues - easy as. Car safe in underground parking. Also super quiet. -

Peter the manager is really awesome and accommodating! I am definitely coming again; the 3 bedroom apartment was adequate for my grown up children and their partners, tit was clean and tidy and the rooms were comfortable.
Food is close at hand and the beach is a short walk away!
Definitely recommend this place to families :) -

and bottleshop. Centre of Burleigh heads was about a 30/40 min walk
away but it was nice to walk along the beach. Room was lovely and clean
nice comfy bed sea view. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. Excellent
value for money, would stay here again

The location was good for young children as we trvelled with our grown child and grandchildren - close to everything we required. -
We were put into the top floor apartment. The manager was relaxed and friendly and the whole experience was very easy.

Overall it was a great experience would stay again and would recommend it . The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is like a estate on its own and very private we really enjoyed our stay. -
We thought we had booked an apartment but this was a superb bungalow type property, very spacious and well appointed. Lovely quiet secure accommodation.

The unit was secure and well appointed, comfortable beds and lounge. Pool was good and clean. Parking is excellent. The location suited our needs and is within walking distance of Bond University which must be the target market. -

Your questions no 5 and 6 ask about the Gold Coast, not about the appartment - Surfer's Tropique. I don't like the Gold Coast but I did like the Appartments - very nice, very comfortable, easily re-visit and recommend.

We stayed at apartment number 18 at level 6. It is a newly renovated unit with 2 bedrooms. Spacious and clean apartment. About 15 to 20 mins walk to big supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 3 mins walk to the main road where the bus stop is. -
