We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was a real treat! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The initial check in and car parking felt a little like we were in Amazing Race:) but once we sorted that out, the rest was a breeze.

The only thing I can think of was that we had to park at the basement and there was a flight of stairs we had to climb with all our luggage to get to the ground floor.
Car parking was interesting. A new experience to use the car lift but happy that a car bay was included in the price.
it's not that I didn't like it, but there wasn't staff there! The keys were left out for us and our bags were taken to our room when it was ready. So there was no problem - there just wasn't anyone 'on the desk". This is minor but the carpet in the bedrooms was very harsh/hard underfoot.
the gym was turned off, no leads to allow use of the running machines or TV at the gym.
Beds in very poor condition.
No sleep in two nights.
