We had 2 days in a unit with an excellent view of Stokes Hill wharf, and 1 day in a 'city view' room, which was significantly smaller, but still very acceptable. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, but there was a lot of facilities (tourism, eating) nearby. -

On our first two nights our room fire alarm went off for no reason. We reported the problem the next morning and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

The location to airport, city access and beyond to the great outdoors was excellent. The newly renovated disable room with adjoining family unit was very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful, cheery and pleasant. 10min walk to supermarket, chemist, bakery etc., would certainly consider staying again. We liked the friendliness of the staff and management; It is close to a bus stop; buses ran at regular intervals; for any gripes one only had to ask; we went for a rest and had one; we recommend this place to be given serious conisideration for a relaxing holiday - it would also suit the get out and go set as well.

Our apartment was new and very clean, had a spacious kitchen, big screen TV, excellent air con, great views of the waterfront, and was very close to great restaurants and the patrolled 'beach'. It was also walking distance to Deckchair Cinemas and the city centre. We had a lovely time in our 5 days in Darwin! -

Though I booked standard room for 3 days long ago,when I arrived later afternoon,I was told the Hotel was fully booked. we stayed two nights at this hotel. we got a specious apartment with a spa bath. everything was spotlessly clean. well equipped kitchen, and a good a/c. there is even a secure guest parking. the staff was very ftiendly and extremely helpful. location is also very good. a walking distance to mitchell street but not too close to hear the noise. even the supermarket is around the corner. and price was just right to give a great value for money. absolutely recommended.
