  Clean, comfortable room, nice big comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Not too far from city centre but having a car is useful as bus service infrequent. Air- conditioner worked well to keep the room cool. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe.   Staff where very friendly and great atmosphere, not noisy atall considering location and great value for money - My room was quiet and cool. The pool was great The layout gave many options for places to relax etc.

  Melaluca on Mitchell is located in the heart of Darwin and is right across from Coles. It's surrounded by great pubs and restaurants. The location was perfect - a very pretty area, lovely view over the harbour and easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, wharf precinct.
