We stayed for a week in August to attend the Australian Soccer Comp. The best thing about our stay was the highly attentive and responsive staff.
Ray, part-owner and manager was true to his word. He was empathetic, prompt & professional in resolving all issues as they arose. I was quite impressed on how quickly he provided both during and after-service (he immediately express posted for FREE the ice packs that I had left in the fridge - now that is great service!!). Loved the layout of the apartment, felt like home as soon as we walked in. Close to everything. The apartment was clean and neat. It was in a quite location, we had a very good stay. Ray was so very helpful friendly and accommodating. An asset to any business.
Excellent location, extremely comfortable facilities and services within the apartment and size-able private balcony. Though I did not require garaging on this occasion also impressed that this was included in the price.
The location opposite a park was pleasant.

Good shower and plenty of hot water.
No lift in the building. I am asthmatic and walking up two flights of stairs from the garage proved difficult.
Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and living space. I stayed with my husband and another couple and it was a perfect size and set up for us. Having two bathrooms was also a great bonus.
It was very roomy and very well decorated and very clean. And close to all we wanted to see.Canberra is a very beautifull place to stay & visit we will definately be coming back.

We found the location to be phenomenal - walking distance from the city center made ot easy to go out for dinner, to meet friends or a quick drink.

The things that went wrong which I will not enumerate.
If you want a perfect apartment, just ask Rod to give you ours because by the time we left everything was perfect.
I think it woul be more continent if the apartment keys could be left in a locked letterbox or similar when you wave the light to open the gate, save having to go back in, I felt a little uneasy about being trapped in, so I sent the second set of keys back after returning. The tap in the main bathroom was leaking and one side of the button on the ensuite toilet was permanently down.
I would have anticipated that an apartment of this standard and price would have included some further additionals. Water in the fridge - Better toiletries - (e.g. shampoo, soaps, etc.) which were a poor standard and very little provided..
1.The blonde receptionist at Mort Street gave a negative first impression. She was disinterested and had no customer service skills.
2.The welcome pack was inadequate - no Wettex to wipe sink, no scourer or dish mop, no salt or pepper. The salt shaker was filled with a white tissue that looked like salt at first glance!
3. Lack of free wifi at the apartment was annoying.
Only small things - Some of the furniture was slightly broken - a lounge leg, a vase. The knife also had no tip on it which made it difficult to use. We washed our dishes and cleaned up before left but there was no teatowel. There were also no bin liners for us to empty our rubbish into, and we didn't find a bin to empty the rubbish into either.
The only complaint we had was the sliding glass door was filthy.
Venetian blinds look tired
Security lights outside our door were on during the day and off at night
Rubbish bag left round the corner from the lift was there for days.
The dining chairs were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on!.
The balcony was very appreciated but a shame that it was so dirty !! Does no one ever clean it?
It was such a contrast from such a clean unit to come out and find such a dirty balcony. It spoilt the pleasure of it.

away for us only but overfull and didnt seem to get empty regularly enough. ok being
away no smells but seemed.

Being wakened at 6.00 pn a Saturday morning with a rubbish collection
truck just below my window.
Nothing.
It seems the apartment hadnt been cleaned very well, garbage in the kitchen and bathroom and the lounge floor not vacummed. The shower head was not to our liking, the sprays were way too strong. We had a problem with the TV going on and off and an inability to log in to our own Internet because of possible interference from ???.
continuously running water in toilet; uncleaned - oven/grill tray, front of oven and front of dishwasher.
Advance waning that stairs were involved.
Be aware no lift; beds a bit hard.
Drying machine didn't work.
Not enough drinking glasses!.
Stove did not work, presence of clumps of hair on carpet, television
reception not clear, ants in back room.
No welcome pcak no detial on the facilities within the buidling eg pool
food left in cupboards other peoples items left in drawers and bathrooms.
Just needs a vege peeler & a colander :).
The main office was difficult to find, and the apartment was located almost 1 km away, and also difficult to find.
Curtains did not join together.
Keyss supplied did not operate locks on sliding dorrs, lounge dorr could not be locked - security concerns; bedroom door could not be opened to provide fresh air.
Cleaners arrived at 9.15am, we weren't due to leave til 10am.
Nothing.
Could have been great if had been shown he apartment personally as it took a bit of figuring out how to get in,where to park etc.
initial instructions as to key pick up point. When arriving to pick up address we were confused to not see the pictured building.
The heating didn't work in the dryer.
It was not clear to me that the apartments where not at the check in
point?

Couldn't get out onto bedroom balcony.
need to collect keys in a window 2-5pm.
Prolonged check-in and check-out process - not great for late arrival and early departure that often happens with business travel.
couldn't work the heating in the flat.
Lift too small. Insufficient lounge seating, dining chairs collapsed / no spring, master bedroom balcony blind stuck - immovable, toaster didn't work. Don't like downlights - insufficient light to read or work at table.
First appartment was stinky and very dirty so we were allocated another one which was better if not perfect as some minor problems also. Quality of the Cleaners is obviously an issue.
Carpets and upholstery on dining room chairs were grubby. We arrived before 12 noon Sat. to collect the key; nobody was in the office; I was told they would txt me the details beforehand. That did not happen. A towel rail collapsed, it was reported, we were told it would be fixed on the Monday but that did not happen.
Kitchen wasn't clean. We needed to get cleaning products to clean microwave, Oven & Fridge.
limited towels and only one extra blanket for two rooms.
