  Monaco is at most 2 years old - our one bedroom apartment (7th floor) was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a large balcony with (close) ocean view, doors to balcony off both sitting area and bedroom. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent.
