Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

The location made it really easy for me to walk to most places I had in mind to visit. The City, Gallery of Modern Art and Foetitude Valley. Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.
