  well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... lo que la gente dice » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast. Very convenient very clean very comfortable. Shame we didn't get time for pool. Short but very sweet stay.

  My husband had just been discharged from hospital with an neck injury and our stay was brief as we flew home the next day. A lovely helpful lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to help us. Any requests or needs we had in the circumstances were cheerfully and compassionately provided. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. People at reception were really friendly to us. Quite near from Brisbane airport. Excellent if you want to get up early for ur flights.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again.   Arrived late and left very early but this motel met all my needs perfectly - comfortable bed, quiet location, free shuttle bus to airport that arrived on time, and cheaper than many of the others. Very clean. We had a downstairs unit, at the rear, so was very quiet.
