Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

The manager Barry and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome and assisted me with parking for my business equipment.
The room was very comfortable and clean, I would definately recomend the Annerley Motor Inn to anyone looking for a good value motel. -

It is very clean house and a old-fashioned style room. We stay one night there. A lot of foods in refrigerator even you hungry in midnight.The breakfast was outstanding. There are not too many places where you can have breakfast on your own veranda Its is very close nearby Brisbane city. And you can parking in back ground. By the way. Its the second time I've stayed there, due to its proximity to Princess Alexandra hospital.Its very clean, functional and within metres of a bus stop and easy walking distance to a train station, for quick access to the city. Across the road is a shopping centre. -

Its was great place to stay overnight waiting to fly out next day. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time.
Would definitely recommend.

Ideal for my one night in Brisbane. I got off the plane at 12:00 at night, and had to leave at 04:00 in the morning to catch the plane out and the accomodation was very understanding of this.Also I was able to freely come and go each day, and no one had a problem. I had a great stay with Bowen Terrace and it was well located for me to get to know Brisbane.

I was happy with the service and our room, only one thing stops it from being perfect and that's the parking, other then that I enjoyed mt stay and reccomend it to my friends and family nice place city palms keep it up.
