We had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a beautiful river view. The balcony came out from the entire width of the apartment with doors from both the bedroom and living room. I loved the doors which could be pushed back to include the balcony in the living space. The facilities were excellent - I could easily live there long term (if I could afford it). Now I want a walk in robe in my own home. Proximity to the free City Hopper ferries was great for transport. todo comentarios »
The apartment was lovely, great views and we were up graded as we flew in early in the morning, and needed to get in to sleep, the manager was very helpful, and let us in early, and gave us a late checkout.
Location is great with easy access by ferry and free city hoppers.

The hotel was amazing, the location was superb and the daily service from the cleaners was a real treat. Fantastic location for a get away. Highly recommend.

The facilities were good. The main area provided a spacious comfortable room, and the bedroom and bathroom were again spacious and well appointed.

Minor maintenance issues: bathroom bulb socket was loose and then bulb blew; dishwasher didn't clean very well; perhaps carpet should be vacuumed more often.

I stay at Point Residences often. The decor is starting to look very tired; the sofas need replacing.
I booked a river view and got a garden view. I didn't want to make a big deal because we were very tired and just used the hotel to sleep. However, it would be nice to get what was advertised.
The carpets were very clean but a bit tired in appearance.
Bathroom needs much more lighting. Not adequate for a female to apply makeup etc.
Door to the toilet and bathroom do not close,.

The fact that at 1 minute past checkout time the pin I have been given stopped working and I was locked in the carpark for 35 minutes. The contact number I had been given did not answer and it took this long for someone to call back. For this reason I would NEVER stay here again.

Foxtel did not work on the television!.
The person I arranged an early check in with hadn't passed the message on so we couldn't access the building when we hoped to. We were able to contact someone who made alternative arrangements and we got to our wedding on time. (We were guests not the bride and groom).
There are no staff ! You might like to pay cash but who do you pay? Somebody text me and said they could maybe come over when I arrived or before I left and I gave a few time options but never got a reply.
oven didn't work. Toilet door wouldn't close.
Requested in the booking two single beds one for my 16 year old son, checked in later no reception to fix situation. A bit awkward.
The information you supplied was incorrect. We were told to check in at the Lambert Hotel, but when we did, we were told by reception that they no longer have any connection with the Point Residences. We 'phoned a number and were given a 9 character door code to use. The experience therefore lacked a welcome and lacked 'the personal touch'.
Also, when we arrived, the dish washer had not been emptied.
Each time we used the lift, we had to enter the same 9 character code, which was a real chore.
Ensuite had not been cleaned - hair all over the floor & waste basket not emptied.
Lounge Furniture needs updating.
Bathroom shower had mould on the tiles.
No service . Never answered requests for additional towel, never replied to either email or sms.
Washing machine damaged, dish washer dirty, information in room
out of date.
Furniture very worn out. Ants in the kitchen. Air conditioning did not work well. Both sliding doors in main bedroom and lounge area did not have locks on them, this was not good at all for security of our belongings.
for a 2 bedroomed "deluxe"apartment the lounge furniture was tatty. Only 3 mismatching wine glasses found in the cupboards and crockery also rather scarce.
Te cleanliness of the apartment was terrible. The cutlery and cups were dirty along with the kettle and I spent half hour after check in cleaning the majority of the kitchen. After staying at the oaks aurora for the first two weeks of our stay in brisbane I am sad to say the points residence was a dirty disappointment. Will not recommend.
No reception and we had not been given any codes prior to arriving then to finally get up to the unit to discover it hadn't been cleaned from the previous people.
