After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. We got the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. 24 roo

A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

Beautiful place, the rooms are spacious, and loved the bed, big and comfy. The young man at reception was very helpful,we stayed on 9/11/13, even remembered my name when I check out. I didnt have to tell him. We will definitely be back. -

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them.
The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything you
could possibly need and it all worked. Great location and within easy
distance to both the airport and the city. Across from Moonee Race
Course which was not a problem during our stay as there were no races on
but I could see that it might get noisy during race season (which is
probably ideal for race goers who want somewhere close to stay).

Staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. Helped us with our booking which was booked wrong. Was really wonderful. Definitely come back and definitely recommend AAA+++ -

Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

Great location when travelling by car - parking is good and access, particularly from the airport, is really easy. Tram and train stops within a few minutes. Rooms are trendy but very comfortable. -
Very easy to find. Fast check-in. Great restaurant and lovely staff.
Room very clean although a bit compact for twin beds. Good parking.
Great views - we could even see Mt Macedon in the distance.

The apartment was well located close to a tram stop and with parking on the street in the area readily available.
The apartment was modern and roomy with all need facilities including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergents provided.
The only down-point was having to check-in at a different location but this was not a big

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road.

Particularly helpful and courteous staff (phone and servicing staff).
It's "homely" atmosphere, which I prefer to the "slick" large businesses.
For me, closeness to Lygon St.
and The Nova cinema is a big plus. -
