The staff all went out of their way to help us, to make sure that we were comfortable. The turn-down service was unique - no chocolates but a tiny muffin and a "thought for the night" on your pillow. I've never had my sunglasses polished at breakfast before and that was a highlight, as was the amazing staff member who worked late, got up early to make sure we were okay. Staff where trying very hard to make sure your stay there was good. They seemed to be very hospitality focused, and we fealt it. We enjoyed are stay there immensely and thought it's a great place to rest and relax. The pools where great and the food was excellent. And the service was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
