When making the booking I mentioned which train we were arriving in on, in case it was going to be late and to my pleasant surprise the owner was there in the station waiting, with my name on a placard. He brought us straight to our room and told us we could check in later, which was wecome as we were hot and tired. A great service! Also staff all very friendly and very customer service oriented. I have to recommend Nina's restaurant down the lane - great food and friendly staff.
