Very clean Room.Good location. Really convenient to get to Tourist area - centre of city from the airport( only 30 mins by taxi). The staff were amazing - made an outstanding efforts to help. From bringing things we needed, to sending postcards for us, buying us tickets to the water puppet show, making calls in vietnamese to help us at some staff we hade to do and helped us book the cheapest flying tickets from DaNang to Hanoi.
Always smiling, helping and caring. Made our settling down after long flight so easy.
The room was big and comfortable for us as a familiy.

I love Halo hotel. I feel at home with them. Been staying here for 4 times. The Hotel is very conveniently located for shopping in Ben Thanh Market and nearby shopping centers. Simple yet homey. The staff name Nam is so accommodating. Even if he is off-duty he will see to it that our taxi will arrive to bring us to airport.
We have recommended the hotel to our friends and they also love it.

This was our third stay at the hotel and the staff were very friendly, as usual. They willingly moved our daughter when she found her room too noisy and they made sure I had a room with a walk-in shower due to an ankle injury. -
