- I booked 3 rooms for my families. I like the cleanliness with a personal touch by leaving a note on the bed saying have a nice day or something else (even though I only received the note in 1 room only) - The Spa facilities was great! I enjoyed the session very much. Staff were friendly and always smiling. Very comfortable hotel. Spa was excellent though rather expensive. Breakfast was very good. We loved the location in a quiet street with excellent restaurants close by. Staff were incredibly helpful in particular the bellboys, Tommy and David. We will be staying at the hotel whenever we visit HCMC.
all reviews » Great location, close to sights, restaurants etc., yet quiet. Lovely, smiling, friendly staff. Compact, but comfortable rooms with good Wifi and air con. Excellent spa, we had a fabulous massage there, and a small, but ok gym. Breakfast buffet pretty good, with some different items every day. We received a free upgrade to a VIP suite on arrival. The room was great. Food was really satisfying, especially the omelette. The spa was also affordable and very relaxing. Close to the city and markets. Biggest positive was the staff. They provided phenomenal service. The Staff were friendly and wonderfully helpful. Close to some great restaurants and city centre but not so close that you walk out and are asked to get on a rickshaw for a city scape tour. (Every step you take). Loved the Pho BO for $3.00. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Rooms and commons areas immaculately clean. The hotel's central location and competitive pricing makes it an ideal place to base yourself to explore all that Saigon has to offer! Well done!!. I loved the care shown by all staff members, from the front desk, to the cleaners. I have never before in all my travels come acrtoss such warmth and loving care. Location. Helpful staff. - Front desk told me that they can arrange for HALAL food but the restaurant serve vegetarian and non-pork meat. I think the Hotel should learn more about what is HALAL food so that they can be more sensitive on the issues when questioned. - The lift to our rooms were faulty. The door was making loud rubbing noise when opening and closing. Should get it repaired quickly if they want it in operation. This is to avoid people got stuck in the lift. Lack of drawers for storage in our room, which was classed as a VIP as we upgraded. Very badly designed bathtub, causing the bathroom to flood every time you took a shower. The restaurant staff were incredibly sweet, but lacked initiative, they had to be told to replenish the food when items ran out during breakfast. Zero. Same crappy western music in restaurant. Bryan Adams anyone. I would rather hear Viet music quietly. nothing!!!!!!. Rooms are much smaller than seems in pictures. You have to sign ahead for your planned spa treatments as the facility is small and spa might not be available. nothing. The hotel food, while excellent, was a little pricey, as was the airport transfer. Shower could be much better Room very hot on arrival as Air con only works on room key. They should really supply 2 keys. They close down the exercise room "forever", that's sad and need to let people know via the website and letsbookhotel.com. Nothing. When booking, we booked 2 rooms with city view but when arrived they showed the 2 rooms with internal windows looking to an internal wall. To be fair they upgraded to 2 rooms with city view without quible as I showed them the letsbookhotel.com contract.
