The Hotel is a real 4 stars, new, far only 5 minutes walking from opera's house. Excellent rooms with excellent bed; extremely clean, all with good view on the city. Morning buffet has a very good choice of western and local food, with good and fresh ingredients. Definetely one of the best hotel in town. The hotel is really nice one, with new rooms, furniture and other devices. It is located not far from the airport and can also add re breakfasts wich are really various and really tasty. OveralI enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Concierge staff service is good, provided prompt advice on the directions to places and estimated taxi fare. Gym and In Balance Spa staff are very polite and friendly. Wifi accessible everywhere in the hotel. New hotel, clean, with all amenities. Not far from the center. Provides great breakfast and a luxurious feel. Worth every dollar I paid. Not much food choices around the hotel vicinity and shopping malls, neverthless is a good choice if you wish to visit museums which are within walking distance. The pool do not see the sun. Location, too near Dong Khoi yet too far to walk. But this is a minor complaint. Overall pleasantness of the stay far out weighed this minor inconvenience. The swimming pool does not get sun. Please add 1 or 2 Thai channels. Wi-fi in the room not working well. Location of toilet paper should be at the side so that one does not have to turn and twist around to reach it at the back. Hotel modern colour scheme. None. No extra beds for children even though we specifically booked for family room. Quality of breakfast was disappointing. Croissants were stale/heavy, bacon was chewy,omolettes were oily, orange juice wasn't fresh. Guest facilities in pool ladies toilet was not great. I used it to freshen up (shower) before checking out to catch my plane. Need a hair dryer on wall, shampoo/soap dispenser and a cubicle to get undressed and dressed. Team need more training and give a better service for helping customers efficiently. They are new staff. They accepted my booking for 2 adults 2 children for 1 room but actually have no rooms with 2 double sized beds. As a result I had to take 2 rooms at considerable extra cost. Not a family hotel at all. Restaurant extremely expensive for a family and the buffets are very expensive--especially with kids who don't eat that much. Avoid the restaurant--much better options in Saigon. Pool is a disaster. Not recommended if you want to stay with children and use the pool. Basically, much better service and facilities in Saigon for the same value, like Rex hotel. - Location - attitude staff - internet not working..needed to get IT.. cost me at least 2 hours and then not even worked properly..only with cable - small rooms - bad policy.
