We had a wonderful stay from the moment we checked in to the very last minute when we left. The staff especially, were brilliant! Every one of them was professional, efficient and friendly at all times. They made every effort to ensure our stay at the hotel and our visit to HCMC was the best it could possibly be. The hotel location was fabulous with sight seeing, shopping and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, quiet and very, very comfort.

We found it was convenient to alot of places..The breakfast was lovely and the cafe staff were very friendly. We like your bellboys and front counter staff, especially when our room was not ready but they hurried to get us in to the room before regular check time. Ben your bellboy recommended some very good authentic vietnamese restaurants as did he help us immensely with bags et. The Hotel location was excellent as my daughter and I had less than 24 hours in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel staff were excellent welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, light, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The night time view from the roof top pool was amazing and I only wish we had more time to take advantage of the Hotel facilities. I would highly recommend this Hotel to any traveler and I look forward to staying there again upon my return to Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC was the start of our honeymoon. Airport pick up, warm welcome and immediately escort to our room. In the room we got explained everything about the hotel and there was a bottle of red wine and some snacks waiting for us. This hotel had everything, pool, spa, jacuzzi, great breakfast and in the middle of HCMC. The service is outstanding and quick! Broken light was fixed in a few minutes and roomservice almost knocked on the door, before i had hang up:-). Hotel is very central, we got upgraded from a executive double to the suite which was very nice, the bathroom had a jacuzzi shower room, free fruits, water and muffins complementary. They have a 24 hours bar service and the cocktails are very good, highly recommend them. The breakfast was very diverse with lots of options from western to asian food. They have a spa in the hotel and you get a 25% discount if you are a guest. Location was so satisfying. It's very close to Ben thanh market taking 3 minutes by walk. Breakfast was enough to enjoy for 5 days, and was delicious. Customized egg dishes and noodles were provided perfectly. All staffs of tour desk, reception, front door, pick-up taxi, swimming pool and even elevator were very kind. I didn't have to explain something detail, because they already know what I wanted. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make your stay special. The location near the market was a bonus (maybe not for husbands) and we found some some great restaurants nearby, though the hotel food was very good.The spar was exceptional massages and facial the best that we have ever experienced. We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a fantastic experience in the Grand Silverland hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, room luxurious, breakfast selection was magnificent. Free WiFi with a strong signal was available in our room. We used the Tour desk to book a tour to nearby attractions and we felt we got excellent value for money. We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was great. Also tried their spa and it was nice though a bit expensive. Got a super deluxe room with kingsize bed. The rate was a bit expensive compared to other hotels and the room was not that big without windows. Place is great with family since there is also a pool. However for solo travelers you may want to look for cheaper ones though I can say the place feels safe. I liked the layout of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The pool was a lovely break from the heat and we really enjoyed our quiet afternoon dips. Changing money was very easy and the locations was good, could walk to almost all of the key sights and getting a taxi was a breeze. Massage was also very nice. The worst difficulty was the bad wi fi connection in the room. Other minor prolems were: few wall sockets in the room; the bathroom could have more lights; some small steps in the room and from the room to get into the bathroom were dangerous; the light near one side of the bed could not be controlled autonomously; good view from the swimming pool on the roof, but very narrow relax area around it. There is a lovely rooftop pool and bar with stunning views. We went for a cocktail at 9.30 but it was already closed. Drinks come up in the lift from downstairs. I think the hotel should make a lot more of this space. It could be a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar!. Not a thing. Just need to avoid the salt scrub in the spa, it left me with spots and sores on my legs. Nothing... international calls on their phone line was super expensive but that's expected on any hotel phones. None. We cant fault anything. A little overpriced for vietnam. There were no windows in our room. The pool was very small and there was only 10 sun-chairs around the pool. So, very limited. We were given a room with twin beds but we would have preferred a room with a king size bed. Nothing- it was all great!. Being tall the shower and bathroom were too small. The show head max height was 5ft and the slope in the bath quite annoying as could only stand in a small space. The room didn't have a window but it wasnt a problem. They gave us a room with no windows in the second floor. For this kind of room, 72euros in Vietnam is very expensive! Very small breakfast serving area. Doesn't agree with the hotel's size! Our luggage was guarded by the hotel for 2 days so that we could go on an excursion, but it was left in the reception in plain view for the whole time. This is very strange (and potencialy unsafe) if you see the hotel's granitude and luxury!. I should imagine the pool and bar gets full quickly when busy but we had no problems. Gym very small and pool area quite limited. Nothing really- would do with a little more pool area. The room without window is not funny. The cleaners came a bit too early each day, before 9am...but no problem if you told them to come back later (but maybe our own fault for not using the 'do not disturb' sign). Only positive emotions. pool much too small with odd access, only 9 lounge chairs!. I didn't appreciate it when the assistant manager refused my comment on the bus shuttle. I had to really express myself firmly with her so I could get my point across. I wasn't going to pay for the airport pick. It wasn't stated anywhere when I booked my stay.
