The swimming pools (many if them), the staff (friendly, always smiling, helpful), the landscaping (well maintained, not too artificial), guests (mainly Japanese families, quiet and polite). Room large and comfortable with excellent bathroom amenities. 5 Pools were superb. Availability of the shuttle bus to Hoi An was terrific. Staff member Nam Nguyen was wonderful. Some Korean guests are talking in very loud voice, almost like shouting, around the swimming pools. Limited food selection.
