The staff was eager to please. The room was clean and pleasant. We were able to check in a day early and get two rooms next to each other. Our stay was a week long. The room was quiet. We did not hear people in the other rooms. Both the deluxe and regular king rooms were quite adequate and we were pleased with our choice in hotel accomodations. We would reccommend this hotel and stay there again.
all reviews » This location worked out perfect, because it was blocks from where I needed to be. The room was clean and an excellent value. My room was away from the busy street, so it was quiet. There's a few good fast food restaurants within a block. The staff was friendly, conscientious, and eager to accommodate our every need. We only needed a place to sleep as we were busy all day. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Great value!. Even though on busy Whittier Blvd it was quiet. Very nice furnishings. Good size rooms. Bed alittle hard. Could have better mattress. Good bargain for one night. Would recommend. +proximity to Heritage Park for son's rehearsal Friday night and wedding Saturday evening +close to Radisson Hotel for breakfast Sunday morning. Was very clean had none smokeing room was nice with new flat screen tv safe and quit will come come back soon. ataff was excellent and the building sat back off the main street very quiet. Could have better mattress. -shortage of towels -- we had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths -- we would have liked to have at least 1 more hand towel and 2 more bath towels -only 1 soap for 2 sinks -we had to keep the curtains closed because there was no privacy curtain behind it (our room faced onto the parking lot). Room very clean and big bed and tv. The water pressure could be alittle better in the shower. The harddddd mattress and the pillows. There was a little mildew/ mold on the caulking in the shower. The TV was weird... music was loud and voice was soft...we kept turning the the volume UP and DOWN....accordingly. WEIRD. STRANGE. Furniture drawers did not stay close; small bathroom; small table and chairs were crowded and partially block entrance. Very small pool halfway in the car park. The "bar" for quality in and around Whittier appears to be low. Pool very tiny unlike photo. The pool gates were locked so was unable to use the pool. The vanity in the bathroom is so small. A woman needs a place for her things. I had to live out of a bag and staying for 3 days I wanted to move in and be comfy. no continental breakfast. the bathroom is old and looks dirty with dark flecks and so on, the height of the shower is too low I had to bend my kneed to wash my hair, the lighting of the room is not well thought. everything.
