I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast which by the way was awesome and told about a light supper .which was just okay!!but nice we enjoyed the hot tub and our room and bed was great . over all this was a wonderful place to stay..and very affordable ,re.
all reviews » The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the friendly staff and comfortable rooms! The breakfast was great with a wide range of choices. The hot tub was wonderful after a lot of walking around. Thank you all so much. We will definitely stay again. Planning our next trip soon :). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. Everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices especially for gluten free folks. How quiet it was, all the staff was helpful and friendly, the evening buffet was a bonus, the swimming pool area was clean and safe, the extra plug in for electronics and usb pluggin was GREAT. Location was good for us being on the outskirts of Wenatchee. Gave good access to places like Lake Chelan and Leavenworth. The accommodation was excellent and we'd use Comfort Suites again. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice and I completely enjoyed my short stay. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to my friends. The people made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. They did everything they could do to accommodate our needs. Friendly, courtious, Just what we were looking for!. The only thing was location was a bit far out but the up side was it was nice and quite.. Would have been nice to have a change for supper in stead of always the same.. Even if it was a light supper change like breakfast would be nice .. other wise no complaints .. The coffee included with the breakfast was undrinkable. Wasn't anything that I did not like. Did not particularly like the use of plastic cups/plates for breakfast. Do away with plastic and it would give a more quality feel to the overall experience. pillows were too small and soft... Not sure that I liked some of the other guests who let their children do cannon balls in the pool and splash huge walls of water on everything and everybody. I was kind of hoping a staff would come by and make them stop. Kids were on the dangerous side of also getting hurt themselves. Nothing everthing was great. nothing really. They wouldn't give me the deal from booking. I paid there normal price. No complaints. Not on Google map. Large rate increases as the week went on! From $108 to $148 in two days?. Toilets too low for seniors. Bed was to hard for our old bodies. nothing. Our particular room had a noisy air conditioner unit which we were going to notify you of and forgot. The stay in all other aspects was the best and that is probably why we forgot. We just wanted to notify you so you could check out and fix.
