big and comfortable villa with 2 bathrooms and one bedroom. The living room is well equipped. It is a pity that we only spend 3nights there since this unit is so good! very good for family with children. Spacious condo with all amities one needs to live comfortably. Destination Resorts staff made us very welcomed and happy on our arrival by their preparations. Beautifully landscaped surroundings.

Parking is guaranteed. condo was as expected, parking spot great to have, air conditioning worked well, kitchen well stocked, decor in condo very nice and clean. -a very nice place with nice view from room -good room facilities provided, especially friendly for a famliy. Lots of nice little touches by the staff- welcome pack, transporting my luggage, etc made the stay special. nice ocean views, golf course, close to city and beach, comfortable and clean, beautiful Wailea beaches. The room has a complete set of household facilities, excellent for a DIY family vacation. Excellent roomy accomadations in good location, pool and bbq facilities excellent. The location and view. 5-10 minutes drive to the Shop at wailea Beaches are separated, it takes time to go there. 100 pct polyester material blanket in bed. Very small community pool. Can't swim laps. no washer dryer in our condo - didn't really need one, but paperwork implied that all condos had washer/dryer not located at beach but we knew that when we booked...easy access to Wailea only a couple of minutes car drive away. - Nil. Check-in and conceirge is in a different place and of driving distance from the villa, though the service itself is quite helpful. An exterior light shined into the bedroom window all night. Too bright!. too far to walk to beach. To many regulations and unfriendly people/guests and security guards. Carpets inside the unit.... Some neighbors are full time and they smoked. Confusing check-in procedures. Everything was good, except that we booked a golf course view and ended up with a view of another condo and the back of the pool building. We were reallly disappointed in that - the view was really the only reason we booked here. So the room was totally fine, but there was nothing special about it. They did offer us a small nightly discount in the end. Be careful booking here that you get the room you paid for!! Also, having to use a key to get into and out of the pool was a bit annoying. Remote from beach Parking spaces very small. The bed and pillows were terrible in 108. The patio cushions were terrible and uncomfortable. And upon arrival, the staff misrepresented the coupons for the aquarium. Bad first impression.
