The rooms looked just like the pictures. The pool area was nice. The staff was outstanding, they were accommodating and very pleasant to interact with. I would return based on the staff alone. I loved the size of the fridge and how well kept the room was. staff was helpfull,room cleac location good. It was very nice for the money. Very friendly staff.
all reviews » Location. The morning desk clerk not sure what her name was but she was helpful. staff was nice, cost. The price!. Staff wad very nice. Offered to move us to another room when original room assigned had not yet been cleaned. (Bed was unmade) After we were put in another room front desk called to apologize. It was price appropriate. Not much really.. Staff. I didn't like the hotel at all! The first room was dirty and the second room was no better! There wasn't anywhere to hang or put your clothing and the ironing board was filthy I wouldn't iron anything on it if I had to. The coffee pot was dirty! Very disappointed! Will never stay again or recommend that hotel to anyone. If I wasn't tired and in pain from a procedure I would have demanded my money back and left ! Never again!!!. Looks** clean good washer and dryer $1.50 each. Cheap and easily access to the main highway. Location is good. Not much. With the weather the outside was a bit forlorn and slippery from rain. Also there was quite a bit of confusion when it came to my son, they didn't have a roll away crib for us and he ended up sleeping in our bed with us. One night it was noisy with people closing doors a lot. Pool close at 9. Nothing at all. After 10 p.m., the lobby is locked, requiring guests to interact with the ONE staff member via a bullet-proof glass window. A bit offputting. The fact that I had to clean parts of the room and that I was told I would be called when my weekly room would be ready and wasn't. Then they charged me more for it cause they gave me a double when i'm a single and didn't tell me I had to pay in cash or a deposit. They just said it would be a set rate. sheets had holes in them, room wasn't very clean, the breakfast in the morning was very limited. The bed was horrible! One of the worst nights sleep I've ever had!! The iron was missing from the room. There was hair in the tub. The shower curtain had been cut to run along the top of the side of the tub and water was pouring out into the floor. The room had an awful odor when we first entered. It was late and we had just been through a tough afternoon/evening so we made the best of it but I will never stay here again. The room had a musty odor. The linen needs to be replaced. The tub in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The front desk staff was not nice. Reservations were messed up despite driving to hotel a week earlier to see it and confirm reservations. While waiting in the lobby two female employees were arguing with each other because one of them wanted to verify their register draw. All while a drunk man also in the lobby was loud and yelling he just want a g d room.. The male manager just left in the middle of this melt down.. Couldn't sleep at night once we did arrive for our stay because of the loud other tenants.. Everything else. We could hear everything and when the kids above us were jumping/playing the paint on the ceiling was falling on us! Didn't like that at all. Felt like the room had fleas! Will never stay again didn't request money back or make a big deal because my kids enjoyed the pool :/. Lesson learned!. Cleaning staf was very rude. Tried to force their way into my room before check-out time. Everything!!! I didn't like antthing. Awful wi-fi awful water pressure awful towels ashtray in non-smoking room what for???. A fly infestation in the room. We killed at least eight flies that were already in the room when we checked in. The toilet was coming off of the wall and when used it would pitch forward with a loud sound. Room, broken toilet, smells terrible, nasty carpet, breakfast is a joke (bagel and muffing--> continental?? yea right). I would not recommend it. Bathtub dirty. Soap scum and dirt debris not being properly cleaned between customers. We had our room changed and the next room was only a little cleaner. Couch broken, pillow very lumpy. No milk for breakfast so only thing available was bad coffee and powdered creamer with a donut.
