I was totally impressed with Quality Inn and Suites! It was comfortable and clean. The staff was great and it was very close to the Scottsdale stadium:). Everything! I will be returning in the near feature. Great restaurants in immediate area. Clean room and heavenly bed. Loved the rooms with a TV for each room. Spacious and quiet. Loved the pool after a hot day in the city.

Made reservations on Jan 8 for king bed, non smoking, suite with kitchenette. Non refundable. Arrived as promised on Feb 16- Quality Inn had no reservation for us. Fortunately, I had printout receipt from letsbookhotel.com. First, they were full, then tried to give us small room with 2 double beds, I just kept showing detailed letsbookhotel.com receipt. We got 2 queen suite with kitchenette for $66.50 a night. If I had not had receipt we would have been left with no hotel. The Breakfast was not worth 350, it should have been free , the saugage and eggs were rubberery, they didnt have any waffles. We didn't like the tiny shower in the king suite or the minimal tv channels. Rooms need to be renovated the furniture is just filthy, the carpet is OLD. Room smelt like cigarette smoke for the 4 days we stayed. First night we did not have the accommodation we booked, ie we were given 1 bed rooms instead of 2 bed. Only 2 small bath towels left each day, kept having to ask for more. Need to put more than 1 bag of coffee for each day (1 bag = 2 12 cups). the last 2 days our room was not cleaned,beds not made and no new towels. You're $3.50 "Buffet" was hideous. breakfast buffet really missed the mark. The normal free breakfast you get at other hotels cost $3.50...it was definately not worth it...food was awful. We went elsewhere to have breakfast. Also the Suite had a hide a bed and we went to use it but there was no bedding on it and non to be found in the room. There was not a sink in the bathroom. There was a small kitchenette like sink in the living room area that we had to use. Check in was all messed up... Night keeper very slow and not helpfull till I showed some anger... The shower rod/ curtain was broken, the bathroom had been remodeled but the light fixture was loose... The light in the celing haiging down... The hole place needs a make over... Things very old. Old microwave, old furnature, old tv'S. The bed side lights did not work... Place needs remodeling....bad. Staff wasn't particularly customer friendly One of. 2 clerks at desk wasdownright surly a male in his 60s On day we left. Couch was torn and old. He fact that check out time is @ 11:00 am. Facilities were not working and in need of repair. Had to move to another room with no assistance and no luggage carriers. floors were dirty coffee pot was dirty and broken when asked for a new one did not receive it until the next day but I had to call the front desk again the sofa bed was covered in stains and smelled and the blow dryer was broken when ask for towels to go swimming my son was refused. Furniture torn and worn out. When we arrived in our room at 9:30 pm on our 2nd night after driving 200 miles back and forth visiting colleges my son was changing and discovered a roach on the side of the bed on the bed covers. We packed up and left. The front office did not even apologize or even act that this was an appalling event or even offer to move us to another room He told me he could give me 20% off which amounted to $13.56. Horrible customer service. I got move to two different rooms before the third one finally worked. Had to move upstairs and then downstairs and then upstairs again by myslef with a 2 and half year old, luggage and a stroller. Will NEVER stay here again.
