Location location location! Only a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square. I lived in Tempe for almost 4 years and am pretty familiar with Scottsdale as well; to be honest never expected this hotel to be super comfy and chic! I loved the staff! They were super friendly down to earth kinda people who made everyone happy & satisfied and I promised em to give a good review! Loved the style of the hotel and the breakfast; very family-oriented!.

The overall impression of the hotel was very positive- attractive, well designed, clean, well maintained, great location near Fashion Square, Old Town, restaurants in Scottsdale, with a highly courteous and friendly staff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a balcony, great plus. Good, clean pool. Breakfast included in the price. Ok Mexican restaurant opposite and good Chinese nearby. Excellent supermarket (Sprouts) within walking distance. Very good location close to Old Scottsdale, Fashion Square and restaurants. A good hotel but not as sophisticated as photos suggest. It is still a nice small hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and friendly, helpful staff. The facility was small enough to be personal. It was quiet and not over run with guests. My room had beautiful upgrades - took some ideas home to add to my own home!. One of the nicest Best Western's I have ever stayed in. Close to restaurants and shopping and the rooms were very quiet. Small place for eating breakfast....food ok...not much variety when staying for more than a few days..., we stayed five days here. Nothing. Not enough tables for breakfast. There was nothing to dislike. Scottsdale is WAY too hot outside in August!. The pool needs daily maintenance for debris. Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast was not much. Room Service woke us up at 8:30 AM twice even though we filled out a request card that they come in the afternoon. They also did not come one day. Our refridgerator broke and out food was spoiled. Electric plugs not in convenient locations. Breakfast tasted OK. Not the greatest selection. Lack of table, bathroom door was slatted, small fridge, best western wouldn't give me points because I biked thru a third party.
