Very accessible to the university. Clean rooms. Had plenty of food for the continental breakfast as well, Staff was friendly when we checked in and as well as when we checked out. The room was very clean and comfortable. Price was excellent. Convenient location for outlet shopping without being right in the middle of the congested traffic. Free Wi-Fi. Room was large, clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and very keen to make everything right for me.

That it was close to the freeway. easy to reserve, good breakfast. nothing. Proceso. The pool was small and very close to the road. And the water looked rather greenish so we did not swim. Breakfast area too small. Unable to get from rooms to lobby and breakfast without going through the rain. There was a cigarette on the room floor, which kinda made it seem like it wasn't cleaned through. But the room was neat for the rest. it was difficult to get to, had to take the exit past the motel then turn back at the passover and drive back to the motel on the access road. The toilet pressure to flush wasn't good. air conditioner a bit loud. everything. The tub was a little "iffy". I didn't want to bathe in it. The ceiling above the tub actually had pieces of texture falling down. I picked them of before getting ready for bed. The wall colors were...very strange. The hotel was close to a heavily traveled road, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. Rooms could have used a vacuum - some time ago. Tubs were old - not functioning bubble tubs - looked unsanitary and ugly. Where tile had lifted in bathroom it was poorly attached - again looking unsanitary for a bathroom. Very disappointed with the value. Not at all worth what we paid. Older building so few amenities in the room. Also very noisy since so close to the freeway. My comforter had semen stains on it. There were a few things unvaccumed on the floor. Other than that, it was an average room, and was great for the price. Too many things in the room did not work. Got stuck in the bathroom due to door sticking on top. I asked for two first floors rooms due to the fact one person in my group was in a wheelchair. I put them on the comments on letsbookhotel.com but they never received them. The motel is hard to access. It was built to get to it from Austin (coming in from the north) but extremely hard to access from the south on IH 35. I payed more money expecting to be in nicer hotel with a more comfortable bed. Instead I stayed in an overpriced run down old room that smelled strongly of smoke despite its "non smoking" reservation. The mattress was old and hard. outdated rooms. price/value was why i booked, once i got there i found cheaper, newer, better options nextdoor. Rude staff (i'm sure one was high on a serious stimulant) Dingy old tub, flaking ceiling, grey linens, 3/10 grade for breakfast, broken remote.... if it had been $39.95 would have been ok. but at $70+ no bargain. Cleanliness maintenance. The hotel staff didn´t pay attention at Booking confimation. They charged a no-show rate one month before the due date. When we arrived, the was no reservation and they wanted to charge again. The lack of service and the untruthful ness of the staff.
