i liked the professionlism of Virginia, a hotel clerk and manager

the first night we were given rooms in bldg. c....disastrous. when asked why the male clerk replied that letsbookhotel.com had assigned that building due to the rate given. the following day Virginia gave us proper rooms.

These folks were very nice. The room was pretty and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfy and so was my pillow! The location is just a few blocks from, well, everything Alamo/ Riverwalk. Plus Majestic Theater, clubs, and gobs of fast food and fine dining.

Nothing I can think of. Booked the same room already for my next trip!

I stayed at the Rodeway Inn Downtown and I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was old, but it was clean overall. The location was less than a ten minute walk to the Riverwalk. This motel is nothing fancy, but it's a comfortable place to stay for a low price.

The WiFi was slow.

Good location for a base for your San Antonio visit you must commute via trolly bus but the service is very cheep and you get to see the other side of this town.

Towels were stained.The drains a bit yucky. Older room.

Really great value for money. Right in the middle of the city, so close to all amenities and city locations. Located near to Trinity University, which really helped me visiting my family at the university. Clean room, lot's of towels, good parking space. Overall, a great place to stay on a budget.

Right next to major streets, so can be a bit noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped me book an airport shuttle. The room was lovely, massive bed and it was so comfy, great channels on the tv, the bathroom was clean, and I had a fridge! Brillant value for money!

internet doesn't work very well.. too slooooow! neighborhood very noisy.. had to switch room cause shower wasn't getting warm good enough.. breakfast: coffee, orange juice and cakes.. dryer machine wasn't working.

The staff was too rude. There was an old lady in the lobby who would not answer any questions. They said free internet, but it does not work, a page opens after half an hour. Ridiculously slow. The rooms felt like 18th century rooms.

The location was perfect. The customer service was amazing from the moment I entered the door. Hotel ground was very clean. Minutes away from The Alamo and The River Walk with all other attractions close to downtown. Easy access to and from the interstate. Many fast food eating facilities nearby and famous Lulu cafe onsite. You can't beat the price for the location. Very entertaining to see the many different walks off life that stayed at Roadway.

The door to the room may have been kicked in once before. The door handle was very loose. We didn't seem to safe, but the local police stayed in the area because to the club right outside our door. In a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The carpet was very sticky and disgusting. No microwave in room nor refrigerator. Most major cities have a homeless problem near the downtown area, this city is one of those. The wash room that is open to guest smells bad.

No remote for tv, lack of hairdryer in room, walls are too thin so didnt get much rest from all the excessive noise from outside and the other guests. Kind of cheap looking considering I paid $80 for the room

I bought some items on the internet and I put the address of the hotem to receive them. The staff of the hotel didn't give all the package during my check in. I had to insist two days with them to have a better look to try to find the item. Only after that they found the item. The breakfast wasn't good!

The room was nasty, holes in the doors, walls, smoke stains on the bedding, loud fighting next door. A little scary. I would not stay there again.

The cockroaches were big enough to wear Lipstick They told me the rate 38.00 would be the same on the weekend then charged me 61.00 a night!

It was close to where we wanted to be

The carpet was dirty, even after the cleaning crew had cleaned the room. There were small roaches in the room. The place is just run down. We won't be coming back
