When I got there, the suite I booked was unavailable! The room was outrageously priced & there were repairs that needed to be done in the bathroom. The staff had no idea of which side the room was on (poolside or parking lot) they didn't get our keys right and then they didn't tell me there would be a $470 hold in my debit card for five days!!!!!! Not happy!. friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean.
