Proximity to business meeting. Good location, comfortable heating, decent bed. Nothing fancy, but fine. Requested smoking room when I made the reservation. Even added request in special requests. Was told upon arrival there were no smoking rooms available. A little dingy, they could use new furniture, carpets, paint. Looked a little worn out.
