We only stayed one night so possibly not in the best position to comment but it was most comfortable and suited for what we needed.hotel was very close to South Shore Plaza Shopping Centre if you are interested in shopping and close enough to the city if you have a car to drive-otherwise a 40 minute ride on the T-line which is very close.good side of the city if you are heading towards Wrenthem shopping outlet or Cape Cod..
all reviews » Staff very receptive. Conciere level provides free breakfast as well snacks and a cash bar in the evening. Great spa area with indoor pool and state of the art workout facility. The room design, view, bed linens, and the bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff were great. Housekeeping was friendly, efficient and got the job done. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant. Very clean rooms, beautiful lobby area and great location. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good food, gym. Rate variations bewtween hotel rack rate, your discount and even lower discounts from other brokers. We had five rooms and the rates varied by as much as $100 per night !. No food after a certain time. We came in from a show in Boston and wanted to order some food..too late. Oh well. I called and spoke directly with reservations and was told the price of the room was the same if I booked with her or an online booking entity. Not so. Location is NOT Boston. Had a long drive to find the hotel. Have to pay for internet and parking. Room backed up to the elevators...not so good. The fact that you have to drive everywhere. Nothing !. late-night partying, parking fees. nothing. staff at front desk. the fact we had to pay 12.00 per night for parking. Was not happy with eating facility-overpriced and order not complete and was cold. Appeared some of food taken off buffet line instead of being cooked fresh-did mention to the front desk upon departure. Very expensive for room only basis , food and drinks expensive Thought it quite cheap to charge for water in rooms plus charge for wifi over 12 dollars a day. Charging for overnight parking for registered guests, no in-room fridge, not so much as a cup of coffee, asked for extra pillows and towels... Never came, 6 hours after rain had stopped the outside benches were not even wiped down, .... Wrong room at checkin that became my problem Location fine for business but poor for the tourist. $15 per day for Wi-Fi Location - remote. Extremely expensive. Has lots of land but still charges a very expensive parking charge when not necessary.
